Hello readers, I'm StevenD and I've decided to start a blog today. I don't really know why. Maybe it was because I have to have a blog to actually call myself a blogger.
I've been reading blogs for about a year now and I have been fascinated by this world. The closest I ever came to blogs before was the op-eds in Newsweek (not the greatest source of info).
But I started reading blogs and it opened my world to whole new set of ideas, something McCallie believes in greatly. And now I have decided to put my bucket in the ocean that is the blogosphere.
This begs the next question about this blog; will anyone actually read it? I hope so, but it doesn't really matter to me (at least I tell myself that). I just enjoy being able to convey my thoughts to myself without having to look insane. So, if you decide to read this, I'm glad to have you.
P.S. for those you who wonder what the hell this blog will be about, it's a conservative political blog.
